Yarmouth Research and Technology is an independent testing laboratory for the manufacturers and end-users of petroleum chemical process equipment, such as valves, packing, gaskets, seals, and other flow control products. The laboratory was established in 1992 and services customers from around the world.

Qualification of Flange Assembly Staff

Create a basis for leak-free - or more general - trouble-free operation of your systems.

AMTEC trains fitters in theory and practice, so they can contribute to tightness of flanged connections, significantly.
Competence of fitters in combination with a comprehensive quality management, e.g. using AMTEC life cycle management database, is essential to meet environmental requirements.

Training and checking of the competence of fitters is performed according EN 1591-4, using our uniquely developed training equipment. We are a certified training facility.

Training can be held at AMTEC's competence center or on site.

Our testing facilities provide comprehensive testing options. Our testing capability is optimized and expanded, continuously. The scope of accreditation includes the most important test protocols of the DIN, EN, ASTM, API and ISO standards.
Valves: Reduce emissions and save

Demonstrate tightness and intergrity of vales, e.g. according ISO 15848. Optimize the choice of gaskets and packing on the basis of material testing in our labs. Together with correct assembly, emissions can be minimized and availability can be increased. AMTEC assists in every step of this task.
