Motivation
provide solutions
Long-term guarantee of the integrity of important systems and components not only in nuclear power plants has been a central task since the company was founded. This includes measurements to record loads and stresses and the evaluation of the results, identification and elimination of the causes of unexpected events. We use the latest measurement and analysis technology.
Tightness, integrity and function of flange connections and valves is another central task, from the point of view of availability as well as to reduce emissions.
develop methods
We have (co-)developed methods for the reliable function of the sealing connections of flanges and valves, as well as procedures for integrity and aging management in nuclear power plants.
set standards
With our active participation in standardization committees and our contributions to international conferences, we increase safety and reliability of nuclear power plants and process engineering systems. Additionally, we contribute to the reducion of emissions.
Team
AMTEC actually has more than 20 employees, a small but excellent team of mostly engineers and technicians.
