Conditions of participation

Once your registration has been received, you will receive immediate written confirmation and an invoice. The attendance fee of € 930.00 excl. VAT is due on receipt of the invoice. Participation is not possible if payment has not been received prior to the start of the seminar. The attendance fee includes seminar materials, which you will receive during the seminar. Lunch and beverages during breaks are included in the price. Other expenses such as accommodation, breakfast, evening meals and travel expenses are not included. Registration can be cancelled up to four weeks prior to the start of the seminar, on payment of an administration fee of € 100.00 excl. VAT. All cancellations must be made in writing. The full attendance fee is due for cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the start of the seminar. We would be happy to transfer your registration without charge to another person named by you. Should one of the speakers be unable to attend, the organiser reserves the right to provide a replacement speaker. If AMTEC advanced measurement has to cancel the seminar for whatever reason attendance fees which have already been paid will be refunded in full. Other claims on AMTEC advanced measurement, such as cancellation fees for hotels, travel expenses etc, are excluded.
